La Vita Toscana

Villa Fonteintanata Montecatini Val di Cecina, Tuscany May 3–10, 2027 Women's Retreat, Ages 18+

Seven nights at a centuries-old stone farmhouse folded into the olive-covered hills above the Val di Cecina, gathered with a small circle of women for slow mornings, long tables, and the kind of golden light Tuscany keeps for itself.

The Invitation

An escape written in olive groves and amber stone

Villa Fonteintanata sits quietly above the Val di Cecina, a seventeenth-century farmhouse with stone archways, wide terraces, and a working olive grove all its own. For eight days, up to eighteen women will make it home — trading itineraries for instinct, and busyness for the particular rhythm of Tuscan life.

Co-hosted by Becky Peters of Moments in Bloom and Aimee Scott of Vacations with Aimee, the week is held by two advisors who know exactly how to take care of a group of women — down to the smallest detail.

Every excursion, every meal, every long dinner under the pergola is already taken care of. All you have to do is show up and let the week unfold — the pool, the garden, a glass of local wine at golden hour, and the company of women who came ready to slow down and savor la vita toscana.

Grown Here, Served Here

A true farm-to-fork table

Villa Fonteintanata isn't just where you'll sleep — it's a working regenerative farm. Over 500 centenarian olive trees shade the property, a vegetable garden supplies the kitchen with what's ripe that morning, and the villa's own chickens and bees round out a pantry that barely has to leave the grounds.

Every meal of the week — breakfast, lunch, and dinner, right down to the wood-fired pizza nights — is prepared from that same soil, often by hands that tend it. It's the difference between a meal that was delivered to Tuscany, and one that could only have come from here.
