A $2,000 per-person deposit is required to reserve your room and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due by January 31, 2027.
Once the balance is paid, it is also fully non-refundable for any reason, including personal circumstances, change of plans, illness, or emergencies.
If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, both your deposit and any balance already paid are non-refundable. This holds true regardless of how far in advance you cancel, and regardless of the reason for cancelling.
We understand this is a firm policy, and we mean for it to be — from the moment you reserve, your room is held exclusively for you, and the villa, our vendors, and this retreat are planned and paid for around a fixed guest count.
Because deposits and balances are non-refundable for any reason, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking. A good policy can reimburse you for trip cancellation due to illness, injury, a family emergency, or other covered personal circumstances — protection we are not able to offer directly.

If Moments in Bloom and Vacations with Aimee cancel the retreat for any reason within our control — for example, if the trip does not reach the minimum number of guests needed to move forward — you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including your deposit.
Force majeure refers to events beyond anyone's reasonable control that make holding the retreat as planned impossible or unsafe — including but not limited to war or armed conflict, government travel restrictions, natural disasters, and public health emergencies.
Should the retreat need to be cancelled due to force majeure, guests will receive credit valid for 12 months toward a future Moments in Bloom or Vacations with Aimee retreat, in place of a cash refund. This mirrors the policy the villa itself holds with us.
